Our new drug card series featuring 9 new substances!

Queensland is introducing police drug diversion for minor drug possession offences involving personal use amounts of some drugs, with new laws coming into effect on 3rd May 2024.

After the Queensland Government announcement in 2023 to introduce Drug Checking (“Pill Testing”), two services will be operating in Queensland. Queensland’s drug checking services are free, confidential and anonymous, and available to everyone.

The drug info flyers are a series of educational resources that have been developed collaboratively by healthcare workers and people who use drugs for their peers and the wider community.

Thanks to the ‘Investing in Queensland Women Grant 2021’ we asked our community what information they would find useful and then we got to work and developed relevant and non-judgemental harm reduction resources for diverse Queensland women and people. The resource booklet that we developed covers many topics including educational information about wellbeing, mental health, substance harm reduction, pregnancy and parenting.
