They provide provide peer-driven support services and counselling for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender diverse, intersex, queer and asexual (LGBTIQA+) people, their families, allies and communities. Their services such as the Rainbow Door Program and QLife, assist with topics such as alcohol and drugs, suicide prevention, family violence, sexual assault and anti racism.
